Trusts 1 through 9 are collectively referred to as the Trust A Successor Trusts.
The Trust A Successor Trusts are governed by the same provisions as Trust A.On Date 6, the trustees and Advisory Board Members of Trust A and the Trust A Successor Trusts, with the consent of the beneficiaries of the Trust A Successor Trusts, petitioned Probate Court to modify the trust agreement with respect to Trust A.
