Substantial Completion Punch List definition

Substantial Completion Punch List means the written list of items of Work with respect to Xxxx 0 or the Unit 5 Scrubber (which Contractor prepares and with which Owner agrees prior to Substantial Completion) that remain to be completed by Contractor after Substantial Completion of Unit 6 or the Unit 5 Scrubber but prior to Final Completion of Unit 6 or the Unit 5 Scrubber and which shall not affect the safety, reliability or operability of the Facility.

Examples of Substantial Completion Punch List in a sentence

  • The Contractor must complete the Substantial Completion Punch List within the Contract Time and date.

  • Contractor shall complete the list of items identified on the Substantial Completion Punch List within the time frame specified and prior to requesting a Final Completion Inspection.

Related to Substantial Completion Punch List

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.
