Subpart definition

Subpart or “Subparts” means any of the sections in Part II below describing the terms and conditions for the Services.
Subpart means a separately numbered portion of a Subsection.
Subpart. NNN” shall mean 40 C.F.R. Part 60, Subpart NNN (Standards of Performance for VOC From Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry Distillation Operations).
