No Loan Party owns or has any present intention of acquiring any “margin stock” within the meaning of Regulation U (12 CFR Part 221) of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (herein called “margin stock”).

Part 227, and includes, where relevant, an associated person of the registered broker or registered funding portal.
