Regulations T, U and definition

Regulations T, U and. X” means Regulations T, U and X, respectively, of the Federal Reserve Board, and any successor regulations.

Regulations T, U and. X" shall mean, respectively, Regulation T (12 C.F.R. Part 220), Regulation U (12 C.F.R. Part 221) and Regulation X (12 C.F.R. Part 224) of the Board of Governors of the United States Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
Regulations T, U and. X" mean such Regulations of the Federal Reserve Board as in effect from time to time.
Regulations T, U and. X” mean Regulations T, U and X of the FRB as from time to time in effect and all official rulings and interpretations thereunder or thereof.
Regulations T, U and. X": Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Regulations T, U and. X” means Regulations T, U and X, respectively, of the Board (or any successor body) as from time to time in effect and any successor to all or a portion thereof.
Regulations T, U and. X” means, respectively, Regulations T, U and X of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor), as in effect from time to time. “Related Parties” means, with respect to any specified Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and advisors of such Person and such Person’s Affiliates. “Relevant Party” has the meaning specified in Section 8.6. “Required Lenders” means at any time Lenders having more than 50% of the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments or, if the Revolving Credit Commitments shall have been terminated, holding more than 50% of the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Advances. “Resolution Authority” means an EEA Resolution Authority or, with respect to any UK Financial Institution, a UK Resolution Authority. “Restatement Date” means the date on which the Administrative Agent shall have received the documents specified in or pursuant to Section 3.1. “Revolving Credit Advance” means an advance by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Revolving Credit Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a EurocurrencyTerm Benchmark Rate Advance (each of which shall be a “Type” of Revolving Credit Advance).
Regulations T, U and. X" means, respectively, Regulations T, U and X of the Board of the Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States. "Related Fund" in relation to a fund (the "first fund"), means a fund which is managed or advised by the same investment manager or investment adviser as the first fund or, if it is managed by a different investment manager or investment adviser, a fund whose investment manager or investment adviser is an Affiliate of the investment manager or investment adviser of the first fund. "Relevant Market" means the market specified as such in the applicable Reference Rate Terms. "Relevant Period" has the meaning given to that term in Clause 28.1 (Financial definitions).
