Subordinate Group 1 Balance definition

Subordinate Group 1 Balance. For any Distribution Date will be the Aggregate Loan Group Collateral Balance for Loan Group 1 as of the first day of the related Collection Period less the Class Principal Balance of the Class 1-A-1 Certificates.
Subordinate Group 1 Balance. For any Distribution Date will be the aggregate Stated Principal Balances of Loan Group 1 as of the last day of the related Due Period less the Class Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates.
Subordinate Group 1 Balance. For any Distribution Date will be the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Group 1 Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period less the Class Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates. For purposes of computing the Subordinate Net Funds Cap in determining the interest rate for any Lower Tier Interest, however, the wordsAggregate Loan Group Collateral Balance for Group 1” shall be substituted for the words “aggregate of the Stated Principal Balance of the Group 1 Mortgage Loans” in the preceding sentence.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Subordinate Reduction Amount With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Scheduled Principal, Unscheduled Principal and Recovery Principal for such Payment Date, less the Senior Reduction Amount.

  • Subordinate Class Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Subordinate Component Balance For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • Group II Senior Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Group 1 All of the Group 1 Certificates.

  • Loan Group II The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group II.
