Submitted Standards means in respect of each Firm Scheme:

  • Escalation Path - Submitted Standards shall include an “escalation path," which is the process by which an issue is tracked through the Contractor’s support teams depending upon the severity of the issue and the subject matter expertise of the support level.

Submitted Standards means in respect of each HCP Named Project:
Submitted Standards means in respect of each Firm Scheme: the standards referenced in the Firm Scheme Details in IMS which must: in the case of a Short L&R Scheme, meet the Decent Homes Standard; in the case of a Long L&R Scheme, at least meet the Decent Homes Standard; and in the case of a P&D Scheme, meet the requirements of the Capital Funding Guide; and the Move On Standard; Sub-processor means any third party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of the Grant Recipient related to this Agreement Sustainability Statement means the statement of that name (or which in substance addresses the sustainability matters referred to in paragraphs 47 and 59 to 62 of the Bidding Prospectus (as the same may be updated, amended or replaced from time to time));
