Subject COP Litigation Settlement definition

Subject COP Litigation Settlement means any settlement with a Holder or Holders of COP Claims that proposes to release from the Disputed COP Claims Reserve to such Holder(s) a Pro Rata share of New B Notes (or equivalent currency) based on 40% or more of the face amount of COP Claims held by such Holder(s).
