New B Notes definition

New B Notes means the unsecured notes to be issued by the City pursuant to the New B Notes Documents, substantially on the terms set forth on Exhibit I.A.160.
New B Notes means the Company's 13% Series B Senior Secured Notes, to be issued pursuant to the New Indenture, in the original aggregate principal amount of up to Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000).
