Study Kit definition

Study Kit means the Celcuity CELx Specimen Collection Kit.

  • NSABP shall obligate its Research Collaborators to provide NSABP with (A) confirmation of receipt; (B) prompt written notice of any damaged Study Kit, and/or of any inadequacy of the supplied Study Kit, and (C) confirmation that the Study Kit has been used and handled in accordance with Protocol requirements, Celcuity’s written instructions, and in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Celcuity, at its expense, shall be responsible for the supply, handling and delivery of the Study Kit up to the point of delivery to NSABP’s Participating Sites, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Protocol, and any Applicable Law relating thereto.

  • In the case that the Center or the Sponsor announces that the thirty-day notice does not provide enough time to evaluate risks for enrolled trial subjects who receive the Study Kit, the Contracting Parties shall cooperate so that the treatment of the trial subjects with the Study Kit would be safely terminated during a mutually agreed period of time; however, the Sponsor shall not be required to provide the Study Kit based on this Agreement for an unreasonable period of time.

  • This includes a number of initiatives and student- facing activities to support transition into and through every stage of a student’s studies, e.g.  ASK (Academic Study Kit), an online resource including an area specifically for new students outlining information on what to expect upon arrival at university and practical suggestions on how to prepare for their course  Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) scheme.

  • Celcuity shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations concerning the storage, labeling, handling, testing, transportation, use and disposal of the Materials, including (without limitation) the Study Kit.

Related to Study Kit

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations, and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these regulations, "radiobioassay" is an equivalent term.

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.
