Examples of STRTP in a sentence

  • During the term of this Contract, COUNTY shall compensate CONTRACTOR for the Services set forth in this Contract and in the Statement of Work (SOW) (Exhibit A), for each Placed Child at the STRTP as further described in Part I, Section 7.0, Invoices and Payments.

  • COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR for each Placed Child the monthly STRTP Rates established by the CDSS, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Care Funding and Rates Bureau.

  • If contractor is an STRTP, CONTRACTOR shall also maintain accreditation in good status, Mental Health Program Approval, and Medi-Cal Certification.

  • PCOE will leverage community and county connections to secure presentations to all identified stakeholder groups within agencies, including but not limited to high school counselors, community college counselors, resource parents, school district FHYDLs, STRTP staff, YES Program staff, and Family Advocates.

  • The Connect component involves ILP and school staff giving individualized attention to students, in partnership with resource parents, STRTP staff, and social workers/probation officers (Check & Connect, 2018).

  • The population to whom services are to be provided shall 2 include, but may not be limited to Minors/NMDs, ages 12-20 who are placed in the STRTP and/or who 3 have been placed and are receiving post placement transition services who meet the COUNTY’s 4 admission criteria under the Medi-Cal Outpatient Consolidation Plan.

  • Volunteers, repairmen, family members, friends, consulting staff, outside agency staff, or any other person who is not a resident or staff member of the STRTP.

  • For class members (a) who have been hospitalized for a psychiatric condition, (b) for whom PMRT or other crisis intervention has been requested, or (c) who are referred to or discharged from an STRTP, the County shall implement a practice of automatically making a referral to DMH or a DMH provider for a timely determination of the need for SMHS (including ICC and/or IHBS if the child is not already receiving ICC and/or IHBS).

  • Placements with these providers for STRTP services are not guaranteed.
