Stream Loan definition

Stream Loan means the vendor take back loan owing by the Borrower to Stream Asset Financial Topspin LP initially in the amount of Cdn.$15,000,000, pursuant to a letter agreement dated December 20, 2016 from Bellatrix Exploration Ltd., as lender and accepted by the Borrower, as borrower, and as assigned by Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. to Stream Asset Financial Topspin LP effective April 28, 2017.

Related to Stream Loan

  • SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR, other than pursuant to clause (c) of the definition of “Base Rate”.

  • MOM Loan With respect to any Mortgage Loan, MERS acting as the mortgagee of such Mortgage Loan, solely as nominee for the originator of such Mortgage Loan and its successors and assigns, at the origination thereof.

  • PPP Loan means, with respect to any Target Company, the loan made to the Target Company by a bank pursuant to that certain promissory note under the U.S. Treasury’s Paycheck Protection Program (pursuant to the CARES Act).

  • VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.

  • RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.
