Examples of Store Software in a sentence

  • Customer’s use of the App Store Software must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

  • Customer acknowledges that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App Store Software.

  • In the event of any failure of the App Store Software to conform to any applicable warranty, Customer may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App Store Software to Customer.

  • Client shall be charged on a time and materials basis for training and any other services rendered by NSB to Client in connection with the new Store Software releases.

  • NSB warrants that the POS Equipment sold to Client by NSB shall be compatible with the Store Software during the Initial and subsequent Renewal Term(s).

  • For the Store Software, it will be Client’s responsibility to ensure that back-up copies are made on a regular basis and available to NSB in the event of a required reload.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App Store Software, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be solely governed by this agreement and any law applicable to CCM as provider of the App Store Software.

  • Convenxia agrees to deliver to Yak as of the Effective Date hereof the Conveyance Agreement substantially in the form of Schedule B to transfer to Yak all Intellectual Property Rights in the Yak Store Software.

  • The following applies to any Mobile Software Customer acquires from the Apple App Store (App Store Software): Customer agrees that this agreement is solely between Customer and CCM, not Apple, and that Apple has no responsibility for the App Store Software or content thereof.

  • It is further agreed that from and after the date hereof, the term “Software” in the Joint Venture Agreement shall be deemed to include the Yak Store Software for all purposes.

Related to Store Software

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;
