Stock Start Number definition

Stock Start Number means the Fair Market Value of the Stock on the Trading Day immediately preceding the relevant Award Date.

  • Unit number means the number, letter, or combination of numbers and

  • CT number means the number used to represent the x-ray attenuation associated with each elemental area of the CT image.

  • Data Universal Numbering System+4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number means the number assigned by D&B plus a 4-character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4- character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts (see the FAR at Subpart 32.11) for the same concern.

  • Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.

  • Data Universal Number System (DUNS) Number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.

  • Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section(s) or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, and which will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility electric service requirements.

  • Addressable System means an electronic device (which includes hardware and its associated software) or more than one electronic device put in an integrated system through which transmission of programmes including re-transmission of signals of television channels can be done in encrypted form, which can be decoded by the device or devices at the premises of the subscriber within the limits of the authorization made, on the choice and request of such subscriber, by the distributor of television channels;

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring liquid and generating hydrogen gas released to the atmosphere.

  • Grant Agreement/Grant Number means Grant Number [Grant Agreement Number] awarded to Grantee.

  • voter ID number means a unique, randomly generated numeric identifier allocated to each voter by the Returning Officer for the purpose of e-voting,

  • Contract Unit Price means the total price per unit charged to DLA Troop Support for a product delivered to DLA Troop Support’s customers. The Contract unit price consists of three components: delivered price plus distribution price less Government rebates and discounts. The unit price sum of the three component prices shall be rounded up or down as applicable, to the nearest cent to determine the final Contract unit price.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.

  • Adjustment Number initially shall be 1000. In the event the Corporation shall at any time after May 18, 2004 (i) declare and pay any dividend on Common Stock payable in shares of Common Stock, (ii) subdivide the outstanding Common Stock, or (iii) combine the outstanding Common Stock into a smaller number of shares, then in each such case the Adjustment Number in effect immediately prior to such event shall be adjusted by multiplying such Adjustment Number by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding immediately after such event and the denominator of which is the number of shares of Common Stock that were outstanding immediately prior to such event.

  • Location Routing Number or "LRN" means a unique ten- (10)-digit number assigned to a Central Office Switch in a defined geographic area for call routing purposes. This ten- (10)-digit number serves as a network address and the routing information is stored in a database. Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").

  • SDR means Special Drawing Rights as defined by the International Monetary Fund.

  • CAS number means the Chemical Abstract Service registry number identifying a particular substance.
