Stock Conversion Shares definition

Stock Conversion Shares means the difference between (x) the total number of shares of Hxxxxx United Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and (y) the Cash Conversion Shares;

Stock Conversion Shares means the difference between (x) the total number of shares of SIB Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and (y) the Cash Conversion Shares;
