Stock Conversion Shares definition

Stock Conversion Shares means the difference between (x) the total number of shares of Hxxxxx United Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and (y) the Cash Conversion Shares;

• As long as any Holder owns Preferred Stock, Conversion Shares, Warrants or Warrant Shares, the Company covenants to timely file (or obtain extensions in respect thereof and file within the applicable grace period) all reports required to be filed by the Company after the date hereof pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Exchange Act.

More Definitions of Stock Conversion Shares

Stock Conversion Shares means the difference between (x) the total number of shares of SIB Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and (y) the Cash Conversion Shares;
