Suppliers will flow requirements identified in the STM to their sub-tier suppliers that fabricate, rework or design tooling on their behalf.
In accordance with Regulation 57 (Collateralisation of SwapClear CTM Contracts) and Regulations 57A (Settlement of SwapClear STM Contracts and Conversion to SwapClear STM Contract), the Clearing House will use these curves to calculate the net present value of the SwapClear Transaction to the Clearing House or, as the case may be, to an SCM.
