Status request definition

Status request means a request to ask the OHCA or its designated agent the status of a request.

Examples of Status request in a sentence

  • Continue the DEPARTMENT approved grievance procedure, with mutually agreed upon time frames, for participants whose claims are denied, in whole or in part; or not processed in timely fashion; or whose accounts are misstated; or whose reimbursement checks may be delayed or incorrect; or whose enrollment was denied, or whose Change in Status request was denied, or who may have other grievances against FBMC.

  • A request after the 60 day time period must be in the form of and meet the requirements for a Change of Status request.

  • This 30 day requirement does not apply to the beneficiary’s submission of a Change of Status request which may be submitted at any time if the change of status criteria is met.

  • Such Change of Status request will then be filed at the Union Office and the Association office, and must be signed by a business representative of the Union.

Related to Status request

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Bona Fide Request (BFR) is the process described in the applicable Appendix UNE.

  • Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

  • Asset Status Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Access Request means a request for access to Facilities and/or Services on the Access List made by the Access Seeker under subsection 5.4.5 of the MSA Determination and containing the information in subsection 5.4.6 of the MSA Determination and in Clause 5(b) hereof and as per the format in Appendix A hereof.
