Standing request definition

Standing request means a vote-by-mail ballot request on file from a voter that serves as a request to receive a vote-by-mail ballot for all elections occurring from the date of the initial request through the end of the calendar year for the second ensuing regularly scheduled general election, and for which the supervisor has yet to determine if the voter is eligible to vote a vote-by-mail ballot in the election.
Standing request means a request for information or record or a type of information or record that is intended to be a continuing request, with supplementary responses as new information becomes available.
