Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule definition

Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule means the Commission-approved Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule of Pacific Power & Light Company, providing pricing options for Base Load and Wind Qualifying Facilities of 10,000 kW or less, or Fixed and Tracking Solar Qualifying Facilities of 3,000 kW or less, which is in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement. A copy of that Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule is attached as Exhibit G.
Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule means the Commission-approved Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule of Pacific Power & Light Company, providing pricing options for Base Load and Wind Qualifying Facilities of 10,000 kW or less, or for Fixed and Tracking Solar Qualifying Facilities, including Solar and Storage Qualifying Facilities, of 3,000 kW or less, which is in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement. A copy of that Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule is attached as Exhibit G.

Examples of Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule in a sentence

  • Seller will not make any changes in its ownership, control, or management during the term of this Agreement that would cause it to not be in compliance with the definition of a Small Cogeneration Facility or Small Power Production Facility provided in PacifiCorp’s Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule approved by the Commission at the time this Agreement is executed.

  • These ownership requirements, as well as the dispute resolution provision governing any disputes over a QF’s entitlement to the standard rates and standard contract with respect to the requirements, are detailed in Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule.

  • In the event Seller elects either the Interim Standard Fixed Solar and Storage Standard Avoided Cost pricing method or the Interim Renewable Fixed Solar and Storage Standard Avoided Cost pricing method, PacifiCorp shall pay Seller the applicable On-Peak and Off-Peak rates specified in the Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule during the first fifteen (15) years after the Scheduled Initial Delivery Date.

  • In the event Seller elects the Fixed Price Renewable pricing method, PacifiCorp shall pay Seller the applicable On-Peak and Off-Peak rates specified in PacifiCorp’s Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule during the first fifteen (15) years after the Scheduled Initial Delivery Date.

  • In the event Seller elects the Fixed Price Standard pricing method, PacifiCorp shall pay Seller the applicable On-Peak and Off-Peak rates specified in PacifiCorp’s Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule during the first fifteen (15) years after the Effective Date.

Related to Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Mandatory Cost Rate means, with respect to any period, a rate per annum determined in accordance with Schedule 1.01.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Additional Cost Rate has the meaning given to it in Schedule 4 (Mandatory Cost formulae).

  • Indirect Cost Rate means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect costs each Program should bear. It is a ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the Indirect Costs to a Direct Cost base. If reimbursement of Indirect Costs is allowable under an Award, Grantor will not reimburse those Indirect Costs unless Grantee has established an Indirect Cost Rate covering the applicable activities and period of time, unless Indirect Costs are reimbursed at a fixed rate.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Support Cost Rate means the flat rate at which the Partner will be reimbursed by UN Women for its Support Costs, as set forth in the Partner Project Document and not exceeding a rate of 8% or the rate set forth in the Donor Specific Conditions, if that is lower. The flat rate is calculated on the eligible Direct Costs.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate means the formula rate established pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 115 of this Tariff. Deactivation Date:

  • Mandatory Cost means, with respect to any period, the percentage rate per annum determined in accordance with Schedule 1.01.

  • Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service either: (a) as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or (b) any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).

  • Level V Pricing applies on any day if no other Pricing Level applies on such day.

  • Bondable stranded costs rate order means one or more

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).

  • Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Amortization Schedule means, with respect to each Equipment Note, the amortization schedule for such Equipment Note delivered pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Trust Indenture.

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Country Limitation Schedule means the schedule published from time to time by Ex-Im Bank setting forth on a country by country basis whether and under what conditions Ex-Im Bank will provide coverage for the financing of export transactions to countries listed therein.

  • Applicable Pricing Grid the pricing grid set forth below: Consolidated Leverage Ratio Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Loans Applicable Margin for ABR Loans Greater than or equal to 3.0 to 1.0 2.00% 1.00% Less than 3.0 to 1.0 1.75% 0.75% For the purposes of the Applicable Pricing Grid, the Consolidated Leverage Ratio shall be calculated as of the last day of each fiscal quarter and changes in the Applicable Margin resulting from changes in the Consolidated Leverage Ratio shall become effective on the date (the “Adjustment Date”) that is three Business Days after the date on which financial statements are delivered to the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.1 with respect to such fiscal quarter (or the fiscal year ending with such fiscal quarter, as applicable) and shall remain in effect until the next change to be effected pursuant to this paragraph.   • Repayment Schedule means the schedule of Repayment Instalments in the agreed inserted into this Agreement in accordance with Clause 6.1 (Repayment) as Schedule 1 (Repayment Schedule), and as replaced from time to time pursuant to Clause 6.4;

  • Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—
