Examples of Specified Interest Payment Date in a sentence
Interest Period(s): The period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the First Specified Interest Payment Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Specified Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Specified Interest Payment Date provided that no adjustment to the Interest Accrual Period shall be made according to the Business Day Convention applicable to the Specified Interest Payment Dates.
Such Interest Payment Date(s) is/are either Specified Interest Payment Dates or, if there is no Specified Interest Payment Date, Interest Payment Date shall mean each date which falls the number of months or other period specified in the relevant Terms as the Specified Period after the preceding Interest Payment Date or, in the case of the first Interest Payment Date, after the Interest Commencement Date.

The payment of the unpaid amount may be automatically deferred and will become due and payable on the Extended Maturity Date if so specified in the relevant Final Terms, provided that the Final Redemption Amount unpaid on the Maturity Date may be paid by the Issuer on any Specified Interest Payment Date occurring thereafter up to and including the Extended Maturity Date.
