Examples of Specific Class in a sentence

  • If you do not or at any time during the course of the term of this Agreement, fail to remain to qualify as any Specific Class of Investors, please notify us in writing immediately.

  • In the case of a Transfer of only a portion of a Limited Partner’s Interest, the transferor and transferee will allocate the Specific Class C Units that will be attributable to both of them following such Transfer.

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • LIBOR Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • LIBOR Certificate Any Class A1, Class A2, Class A3, Class A4, Class A5, Class M1, Class M2, Class M3, Class M4, Class M5, Class M6, Class M7, Class M8, Class M9, Class B1 or Class B2 Certificate.
