Special Programming means the provision of programming resources to support Customer's request for new or modified products or services.

Special Programming shall be defined as any programming being broadcast by First Programming Service which First Programming Service determines to be appropriate for enhanced or premium transaction fee pricing, based on the anticipated performance of the programming, the unique nature of the programming and/or any unique value created for one or more advertiser(s) in such programming (e.g. event programming). Examples of Special Programming in a sentence

  • Fidelity will provide Special Programming at Customer’s request for new or modified products or services at the current programming hourly rate.

  • Aurum will provide Special Programming at Customer’s request for new or modified products or services at the rate quoted in Schedule C of this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed to by Telemundo and the Affiliate, the general and non-financial terms of this Agreement shall govern such Special Programming.

  • Special Programming Services deliverables shall be scheduled as mutually agreed by EDS and Customer, provided that EDS will exercise commercially reasonably efforts to provide acceptable turnaround time on projects requested by the Customer.
