Special Permits definition

Special Permits means Special Permit #288C, Special Permit #288D and Special Permit #452, as approved by the Wilton Planning & Zoning Commission. Copies of the Special Permits are attached as Exhibit C, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Special Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(b).
Special Permits means the applications filed by the Declarant for the Bulk Special Permit, the Sign Special Permit and the Garage Special Permit.
