Spanish Effectiveness Date definition

Spanish Effectiveness Date means the date that is 60 days after the Closing Date (or such later date as the Administrative Agent may agree in its reasonable discretion).
Spanish Effectiveness Date means the date that is 60 days after the Issue Date (or on such later date as may be agreed by the Collateral Agent in its sole discretion or such later date as the Term Loan Collateral Agent may have agreed to under the Term Loan Credit Agreement).
