Target Date definition

Target Date means the date specified as such in the Quote, subject to any variation of that date in accordance with clause 7.6.
Target Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.3.
Target Date has the meaning provided in Section 4.2(a).

  • The Target Date and Outside Date for each Milestone may be extended according to Section 3.6; provided, however, that such dates shall only be extended by one Day for each Day when more than one of the extensions described in Sections 3.6(a) and 3.6(b) apply.


More Definitions of Target Date

Target Date means the later of the dates identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1.
