Source Code Fee definition

Source Code Fee means a one-time fee as described in Sections 2(a), 5(a) and each Addendum.

  • The Source Code Fee shall be invoiced upon execution of each Addendum.

  • Licensee may retain and continue to exercise the license rights granted to it hereunder, subject to compliance by Licensee with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the payment of the Distribution Fee, Source Sublicense Fee, Additional Sublicensee Fee, and Source Code Fee, except that Licensee will no longer be obligated to pay the Support Fee and Mentat will no longer be obligated to provide the support obligations set forth in Section 6.

Related to Source Code Fee

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Derivative Works means any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof.

  • Open Source Code means any software code that is distributed as “free software” or “open source software” or is otherwise distributed publicly in source code form under terms that permit modification and redistribution of such software. Open Source Code includes software code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Mozilla License, Common Public License, Apache License, BSD License, Artistic License, or Sun Community Source License.

  • Executable Code means the fully compiled version of a software program that can be executed by a computer and used by an end user without further compilation.

  • Object Code means computer software, substantially or entirely in binary form, which is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without the intervening steps of compilation or assembly.
