Source Agreement Rights definition

Source Agreement Rights means any and all rights of the Originator under the Source Agreement with respect to such Source Agreement to the extent such Source Agreement relates to any Contract and any Equipment covered by the Contracts.

Source Agreement Rights means any and all rights of First Sierra under the Source Agreement with respect to such Source Agreement to the extent such Source Agreement relates to any Lease and any Equipment covered by the Leases.

  • Royalty Agreement means the amended royalty agreement between the Partnership, Vermilion, 1209963 Alberta Ltd. and the Trust dated January 22, 2003 providing for the creation of the Royalty;
