Software Only Products definition

Software Only Products means GPS Golf Software Applications where only the GPS Software Applications are made by or for the Authorized Seller and sold and/or distributed in the Authorized Seller’s Chain of Distribution to the End User. “Software Only Products” specifically excludes such GPS Golf Software Applications that are preloaded on a handheld device at the time of sale or distribution of the device.

Examples of Software Only Products in a sentence

  • GPSI’s right to sublicense the Licensed Patent for Software Only Products outside of its Chain of Distribution is as set forth in Paragraph 3.1.

  • GPSI grants to GolfView a perpetual, non-terminable, royalty-free, limited exclusive license under the Licensed Patent to practice Licensed Methods by developing, making, having made, using, selling, offering for sale, leasing, importing, distributing and otherwise disposing of Software Only Products and in and into the Licensed Territory.

  • Each party may participate in the commercialization of Software Only Products with its sublicensed Venture Partner, but shall not commercialize its own Software Only Products independent of the Venture Partner during the period in which such sublicense is in effect.

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.
