Small Cell Ultracapacitor Production Line definition

Small Cell Ultracapacitor Production Line means the Company’s small cell ultracapacitor production line, which as of the Subscription Date is located within the Company’s leased facility in San Diego, California, and consisting of certain capital equipment used primarily to prepare carbon cloth electrode material and to assemble, impregnate, seal, test and label the Company’s PC5 and PC10 ultracapacitor products.
