Simple Interest Receivable Balance definition

Simple Interest Receivable Balance means, with respect to a Simple Interest Receivable, as of the close of business on the related Cutoff Date, or the last day of a Collection Period, the Amount Financed minus the sum of (i) the portion of all payments made by the related Obligor on or prior to such day (including prepayments) and allocable to principal using the Simple Interest Method, (ii) any payment of the Repurchase Price with respect to the Simple Interest Receivable allocable to principal, (iii) the aggregate amount of Cram Down Losses, if any, which have occurred with respect to such Simple Interest Receivable and (iv) any refunded portion of extended warranty protection plan costs, or of physical damage, credit life or disability insurance premiums included in the Amount Financed; provided that the Simple Interest Receivable Balance of any Simple Interest Receivable (A) as to which the Defaulted Receivable Deposit Amount was previously included in Principal Collections or (B) which has become a Repurchased Receivable shall be zero.

  • Simple Interest Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined in accordance with the Simple Interest Method.

  • Interest Receivable means, in respect of the relevant Measurement Period ending on any Measurement Date, all interest received by or accrued to the Issuer during such period, including any amounts received by the Issuer in terms of any Treasury Transaction (as such relates to the hedging by the Issuer of its interest rate risk) (other than interest which is not received or receivable in funds that are freely remittable to South Africa), all as reflected in, and/or ascertained from, the Financial Statements for that Measurement Period;

  • Receivable Interest means, at any time, an undivided percentage ownership interest in (i) all then outstanding Pool Receivables arising prior to the time of the most recent computation or recomputation of such undivided percentage interest pursuant to Section 2.03, (ii) all Related Security with respect to such Pool Receivables, and (iii) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, such Pool Receivables. Such undivided percentage interest shall be computed as

  • Cut-off Date Pool Principal Balance The aggregate Stated Principal Balances of all Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Principal Receivable means each Receivable other than Finance Charge -------------------- Receivables and Receivables in Defaulted Accounts. A Principal Receivable shall be deemed to have been created at the end of the day on the Date of Processing of such Receivable. In calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables on any day, the amount of Principal Receivables shall be reduced by the aggregate amount of credit balances in the Accounts on such day. Any Principal Receivables which Seller is unable to transfer as provided in Section 2.5(c) of -------------- the Transfer and Servicing Agreement shall not be included in calculating the aggregate amount of Principal Receivables.

  • Simple Interest Mortgage Loan Those simple interest loans as noted on the Mortgage Loan Schedule under the data field designated “DSI.”

  • Principal Receivables means all Receivables other than Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Cut-Off Date Aggregate Principal Balance The aggregate of the Cut-off Date Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor.

  • Cut-off Date Pool Balance The aggregate Cut-off Date Principal Balance of all the Original Mortgage Loans.

  • Simple Interest Loan means any Loan under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined by allocating a fixed level payment between principal and interest, such that such payment is allocated first to the accrued and unpaid interest at the Annual Percentage Rate for such Loan on the unpaid principal balance and the remainder of such payment is allocable to principal.

  • Cut-off Date Principal Balance As to any Mortgage Loan, the Stated Principal Balance thereof as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date.

  • Simple Interest Advance means, with respect to a Simple Interest Receivable, the amount, as of the last day of a Collection Period, which is advanced with respect to such Simple Interest Receivable by the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Lower-Tier Principal Balance The principal amount of any Lower-Tier Regular Interest outstanding as of any date of determination. As of the Closing Date, the Lower-Tier Principal Balance of each Lower-Tier Regular Interest shall equal the original Lower-Tier Principal Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto. On each Distribution Date, the Lower-Tier Principal Balance of each Lower-Tier Regular Interest shall be permanently reduced by all distributions of principal deemed to have been made in respect of such Lower-Tier Regular Interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(ii) of this Agreement, and shall be further permanently reduced on such Distribution Date by all applicable Realized Losses deemed to have been allocated thereto on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.01(f) of this Agreement, such that at all times the Lower-Tier Principal Balance of a Lower-Tier Regular Interest shall equal the Certificate Balance of the Corresponding Certificates. The Lower-Tier Principal Balance of any Lower-Tier Regular Interest may be increased on a particular Distribution Date as and to the extent contemplated by Section 4.01(g) of this Agreement.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.

  • Pool Balance means, as of any date, the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables (exclusive of all Administrative Receivables for which the Servicer has paid the Administrative Purchase Payment, Warranty Receivables for which the Seller has paid the Warranty Purchase Payment and Defaulted Receivables) as of the close of business on such date.

  • Class A-1 Interest Rate means 0.48000% per annum (computed on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed during the applicable Interest Period, but assuming a 360-day year).

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Lower-Tier Interest Rate As described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the Class A Principal Balance less the Principal Balance of the Class A-PO Certificates.

  • Adjusted Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, the greater of (A) zero and (B) (i) the Principal Balance of such Class with respect to such Distribution Date minus (ii) the Adjustment Amount for such Distribution Date less the Principal Balances for any Classes of Class B Certificates with higher numerical designations.

  • Pool Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans which were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Principal Balances for the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.

  • Aggregate Note Principal Balance With respect to the close of a Distribution Date, the sum of the Note Principal Balances for all classes of Notes.
