Simetria definition

Simetria means any one of Simetria Payments Corp., or any of their Affiliates;
Simetria has the meaning set out in the preamble of this Agreement;

Examples of Simetria in a sentence

  • Other than as provided in this section, this Agreement may not be amended except by express consent of both parties through the Site or by such other means as Simetria may reasonably prescribe.

  • The Product conforms to all Applicable Laws in the jurisdictions where Simetria, User and its customers are located.

  • If the amendment or revision is required for Simetria and the Platform Services to remain in compliance with applicable Laws or Rules, then the amendment or revision shall take effect as of when it is posted to the Site, by e-mail or through the Account.

  • Merchant shall pay to Simetria all reasonable costs associated with ● (i) an Event or Default, ● (ii) breach by Merchant of the Covenants in this Agreement and the enforcement thereof, and ● (iii) the enforcement of Simetria ‘s remedies set forth in this Agreement, including but not limited to court costs and attorneys’ fees.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time on notice to the other party, if User shall be liable to Simetria for all Platform Service Fees or other liabilities that accrued prior to or following termination notwithstanding any termination hereof.

  • Simetria may assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder without prior notice or consent of the Merchant.

  • The User shall be liable for and shall reimburse Simetria for all reasonable attorneys’ fees and other costs and expenses paid or incurred by Simetria in the enforcement of this Agreement, or in collecting any amounts due from User hereunder, or resulting from any breach of any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement by User.

  • All information (financial and other) provided by or on behalf of the Merchant to Simetria in connection with the execution of or pursuant to this Agreement is true, accurate and complete in all respects.

  • In the event of an emergency, Simetria reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform Services.

  • Except as required to deliver the Platform Services or as otherwise required by law, Simetria shall not grant any third-party access to the Account of User.

  • LHSIA means the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, and the regulations made under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • Asia means Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, North Korea, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.

  • CORA means the Colorado Open Records Act, §§24-72-200.1 et. seq., C.R.S.
