The Shops Property and the Fairfield Property abut the portion of Bal Cross Drive between the Bal Cross Barrier and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue.
Owner and the Village Manager will mutually agree upon an appropriate schedule for the off-duty police officers to be present on the Shops Property.
