Shopbot. Occam", and "Ahoy!", together with any and all goodwill associated with Software Identifiers. Company grants to UW and UW accepts a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Software Identifiers in conjunction with the rights reserved by UW in 3.1 above and elsewhere in this Agreement.
