SHELL Intellectual Property definition

SHELL Intellectual Property means intellectual and similar property of every kind and nature that is being used in the Operation of the Chemical Complex as of the Effective Time and which Seller has a right to grant a non-exclusive license to Use including, without limitation patents, patent applications, inventions, invention disclosures, copyrights, including registrations and applications to register copyrights, formulae, processes, engineering data, designs, know-how, show-how, confidential or proprietary technical information and trade secrets or other similar data or information and computer software, but excluding Trademarks.
SHELL Intellectual Property means the Licensed Patents and the Technical Information.
SHELL Intellectual Property shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Licence;

Related to SHELL Intellectual Property

  • Intellectual Property means all patents, patent applications, trade and service marks, trade and service ▇▇▇▇ registrations, trade names, copyrights, licenses, inventions, trade secrets, domain names, technology, know-how and other intellectual property.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company or any Subsidiary pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Parent Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property used in the operation of the business of each of Parent and its Subsidiaries as presently conducted.

  • Company Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that is owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • New Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that arises out of, or is created in the course of, the performance of the Contract.
