Shareholder Derivative Suit means a civil proceeding brought and maintained by one or more shareholders of the Company in their capacity as such, on behalf of, or in the name of or in the right of, the Company, for any actual or alleged Wrongful Act.
Shareholder Derivative Suit means a civil proceeding brought and maintained by one or more shareholders of the Insured Organization in their capacity as such, on behalf of, or in the name of or in the right of, the Insured Organization, for any actual or alleged Wrongful Act.
