Settlement Claims definition
Settlement Claims means, with respect to Transactions that provide for a Physical Delivery, (i) all payment and delivery claims arising from Transactions under Chapter II from, and including, the time of the exercise or assignment (Zuteilung) of the relevant Transaction and (ii) all payment and delivery claims arising from Transactions under Chapters III, IV and V.
Settlement Claims means a claim for settlement benefits made under the terms of this Settlement Agreement.
Settlement Claims means any claim or request for settlement benefits provided for in this Settlement Agreement.

The determination by the Claims Administrator of the validity or invalidity of all Settlement Claims shall be binding.
