• A Settlement Class Member who elects to submit a Settlement Claim for reimbursement of Out-of-Pocket Losses must also provide to the Settlement Administrator information required to evaluate said claim, including: (1) documentation reasonably supporting his or her claim, and (2) a brief description of the nature of the loss, if the nature of the loss is not apparent from the documentation alone.

More Definitions of Settlement Claim

Settlement Claim means a claim or request for settlement benefits as provided for in this Settlement Agreement.

Settlement Claim means a claim made by a Class Member under this Agreement.

Only one Settlement Claim can be submitted for each property with buildings in which Pella ProLine Casement Windows were installed, regardless of how many Eligible Claimants own or owned the property.

Settlement Claim or “Claim” means a claim for reimbursement submitted by a 20 Settlement Class Member to the Settlement Administrator as provided in this Agreement.

Settlement Claim means the total dollar amount of each Authorized Claimant’s Settlement Claims, as determined in Section 6.2, below.
