That Side 2 have agreed to represent Side 1 for Sale of SFour’s Product, Service & Solutions in India.
Service/s means the activities and the services, including any intellectual activities, provided by the Supplier to Pirelli and/or the works whose implementation has been required by Pirelli to the Supplier;
