Service Section definition

Service Section means service classification according to the similarity of techniques as provided by the administrative specifications of Party A, such as “Uni-mail Service Section”.
Service Section means a separate part of the Service, such as accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or calculation of salaries. Service Charges are monthly service and user fees invoiced in accordance with the Agreement, as well as transaction charges based on use. The pricing of the Service is based on services adopted and transactions used, in accordance with the valid Price List, as applicable. Administrator means a natural person designated by the Client (i) who is provided with administrator rights for the Service that include the rights to establish new usernames, add or remove Service Sections and sign agreements within the Service, and (ii) who acts as the Client’s representative.
