Service Operations definition

Service Operations means: (i) the provision of services by the TD Transferor to the Canadian discount brokerage business presently and/or heretofore carried on by TD Securities Inc. through its division known as "Green Line Investor Services" and (ii) the provision of services by the TD Transferor to TD Securities Inc. through the TD Transferor's division known as "TD Securities Services";
Service Operations means the phase of the Service Contract from the Ready for Service Date until the relevant Service Contract has terminated;
Service Operations means the ordinary, day to day, in-life activities carried out by BT.
