Served Premises definition

Served Premises means a single set of premises in single occupation where Apparatus has been installed for the purpose of the provision of Electronic Communications Services by means of an Electronic Communications Network at those premises;

Served Premises means a single set of premises in single occupation where apparatus has been installed for the purpose of the provision of telecommunication services by means of the Applicable Systems at those premises.

Served Premises means collectively, the CLEC designated locations to which CLEC orders Network Elements, Ancillary Functions or Combinations.

Examples of Served Premises in a sentence

• A With respect to each Selected MSA, TWTC shall offer to AT&T certain telecommunications services as described below (“Services”) to any Served Premises in any On-Net building, subject to the applicable terms, conditions and pricing principles of this Agreement.

• So long as any Facilities remain in a Served Premises, TWComm shall use reasonable efforts to determine whether any of the Facilities contains materials that require disposal as a hazardous waste in compliance with Subtitle C of RCRA or as a hazardous chemical in compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. ss.

• A All equipment from the TWComm Node in the AT&T Serving Office to the TWComm Node in the common space in the Served Premises (or Transport Premises with respect to Transport Arrangements) shall consist exclusively of equipment incorporating SONET platform technology and shall be on fiber-based self-healing rings.

• A Upon execution of this Agreement, TWComm shall furnish to AT&T a list of TWComm's Personnel whom TWComm authorizes to enter Served Premises on TWComm's behalf, together with samples of the identifying credentials that must be carried by such persons.

More Definitions of Served Premises

Served Premises means collectively, all of the locations selected by AT&T for or to which AT&T orders Network Elements or, Ancillary Functions or Combinations. [ Combinations ]

Served Premises may include without limitation an AT&T point of presence or other network location (“AT&T Serving Office”), or another location that is not an AT&T Serving Office (“Secondary Location”). The premises of AT&T’s customers (“Customer Premises”) are one type of Secondary Location.
