To the extent practicable, prior notice of shut off shall be given to Owner or occupant of the Served Premises.
Level 3, at its option, may designate any technically feasible network interface at a Served Premises, including without limitation, DS0, ▇▇-▇, ▇▇-▇, ▇▇▇-▇, and OC-n (where n equals 1 to the largest available integer) interfaces, and any other interface described in the applicable technical references.
The Contractor shall keep and maintain electronic records relating to: Served Premises Register; current and previous Customer Details; all Customer Invoices; all Meter Information including meter serial numbers, CIU serial numbers, consumption data; each reported Service Failure, as detailed under the Service Levels; the response time to each reported Service Failure; the repair time for each reported Service Failure; and all telephone calls made and received.
In the event there is no adjacent public right of way, then the easement shall be in a location least detrimental to Owner’s use and enjoyment of the Served Premises and consistent with the use, requirements and purposes of the City.
Served Premises may include without limitation an AT&T point of presence or other network location (“AT&T Serving Office”), or another location that is not an AT&T Serving Office (“Secondary Location”).
