Served Premises definition

Served Premises means a single set of premises in single occupation where Apparatus has been installed for the purpose of the provision of Electronic Communications Services by means of an Electronic Communications Network at those premises;
Served Premises means a single set of premises in single occupation where apparatus has been installed for the purpose of the provision of telecommunication services by means of the Applicable Systems at those premises.

  • To the extent practicable, prior notice of shut off shall be given to Owner or occupant of the Served Premises.

  • Served Premises may include without limitation an AT&T point of presence or other network location (“AT&T Serving Office”), or another location that is not an AT&T Serving Office (“Secondary Location”).

Served Premises means collectively, the CLEC designated locations to which CLEC orders Network Elements, Ancillary Functions or Combinations.
