serious offences definition

serious offences means those offences which are punishable with death or imprisonment for life or imprisonment for more than seven years ;
serious offences means “ any criminal offence involving fraud or other dishonesty, or violence or drugs, or any offence listed in Schedule 3 to the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (c. 42) (offences attracting notification requirements).
serious offences means violations of the utmost good faith obligations of the project proponent and of conditions imposed by the order granting environmental clearance that resulted in or likely to result in serious damage to the environment and or to public health. The acts and omissions mentioned in Schedule 1 here to shall be deemed to be serious offences.
