Semiannual Rate definition

Semiannual Rate means the rate of interest to be borne by any of the 202_ Series - Bonds as described in Section C202 hereof.
Semiannual Rate means the non-variable interest rate on the bonds of Series LL established in accordance with Section 8(d) of this Article I.
Semiannual Rate means the per annum interest rate to be determined for the Bonds on a semiannual basis during a Semiannual Rate Period pursuant to Section 3.02(e).

  • Interest accruing on Bonds bearing interest at a Commercial Paper Rate, a Daily Rate, a Weekly Rate, a Monthly Rate or a Semi-annual Rate, shall be computed on the basis of a 365 or 366-day year, as applicable, for the number of days actually elapsed.

More Definitions of Semiannual Rate

Semiannual Rate means the interest rate that may be determined for Adjustable Rate Bonds on a semiannual basis pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture.
