Selsius definition

Selsius means Cisco, (ii) "Shares" or "Option Shares" shall mean shares of Cisco Stock, (iii) to the "Board of Directors" or the "Board" shall mean the Board of Directors of Cisco and (iv) to the "Committee" shall mean the Compensation Committee of the Cisco Board of Directors.
