Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Seller shall indemnify, defend and hold Buyer harmless from and against any Claims resulting from the litigation and Claims listed on Exhibit "G" under the section entitled "Seller Responsibility," except as may otherwise be expressly provided in that Exhibit.
