Select Provinces definition

Select Provinces means the provinces in the Member Country’s territory that have been selected or to be selected by the Recipient, in consultation with and approval from the Bank, where relevant parts of the Project shall be carried out.

Related to Select Provinces

  • Project Provinces means, collectively, the Borrower’s: (i) Provinces of Gansu, Sichuan and Yunnan; and (ii) Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and any successor thereto; and “Project Province” means any of the Project Provinces.

  • Province means the procuring Department, incorporating the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature.

  • Offering Jurisdictions means the United States and the Qualifying Jurisdictions;

  • Canadian Securities Regulatory Authorities means the securities commissions and similar regulatory authorities of each of the provinces or territories of Canada;

  • Qualifying Provinces means, collectively, all of the provinces of Canada except Québec.
