security intelligence definition

security intelligence means information other than counter intelligence which relates to or may be relevant to the assessment of any internal or external threat or potential threat to national security and includes measures and strategies aimed at impeding or neutralizing such threat or potential threat;
security intelligence means information which relates to or may be relevant to any internal or external threat or potential threat to the security of Namibia in any field;
security intelligence means the key attributes, characteristics and dynamic behavior of Submissions and Malicious Code that describe the manner in which Submissions and Malicious Code are executed or otherwise operates, including without limitation, such other characteristics such as its structure, sequence, behavior and organization, and vulnerabilities or endpoints to be exploited, which Security Intelligence is generated from the SecondWrite Platform and presented in a Report.

Related to security intelligence

  • Security Interest means any mortgage, security interest, pledge, lien, charge, claim, option, right to acquire, voting or other restriction, right-of-way, covenant, condition, easement, encroachment, restriction on transfer, or other encumbrance of any nature whatsoever.

  • Security Interests means the security interests in the Collateral granted hereunder securing the Secured Obligations.

  • Security Information means account numbers and/or Username as applicable, passwords and other information required to identify you for the purposes of you trading with us under this Agreement.

  • First Priority means, with respect to any Lien purported to be created in any Collateral pursuant to any Collateral Document, that such Lien is the only Lien to which such Collateral is subject, other than any Permitted Lien.

  • Lien means, with respect to any asset, any mortgage, lien, pledge, charge, security interest or encumbrance of any kind in respect of such asset, whether or not filed, recorded or otherwise perfected under applicable law, including any conditional sale or other title retention agreement, any lease in the nature thereof, any option or other agreement to sell or give a security interest in and any filing of or agreement to give any financing statement under the Uniform Commercial Code (or equivalent statutes) of any jurisdiction.
