Sealed Air Group means the group of corporations, including but not limited to Cryovac, Inc., that from on or about September 29, 1996, were or hereafter become, members of an affiliated group of corporations under section 1504 of the IRC, and the Treasury Regulations thereunder, that have joined, or hereafter join, in filing a Consolidated Tax Return of which Sealed Air Corporation, or any successor to Sealed Air Corporation, was or is the Common Parent.
