WestRock MWV hereby agrees that the Mill Real Property is subject to and bound by the Ground Lease (including, without limitation, the Ingevity Easement Rights granted pursuant to Article 3, the Sawdust Area Expansion Option and the Truck Shop Expansion Option granted pursuant to Article 21, the obligation to convert the Ingevity Easement Rights into reciprocal easements pursuant to Section 22.3 and the obligations with respect to memoranda of lease and estoppel certificates under Sections 23.5 and 23.6).
