The SAP Operator shall send a confirmation of registration to the new Registered Participant and, amongst other, open a Business Account dedicated to the Registered Participant where applicable and handle and assess the compliance of the provided Collateral by the Registered Participant.
The SAP Operator shall monitor the compliance of the Registered Participants with all the requirements under the provisions of the HAR.
The specific characteristics for each Auction, if applicable, are also published on the SAP Operator website in due time.
The SAP Operator shall enter into agreements with the Registered Participants on behalf of the TSOs but in its own name, covering the commitment of the Registered Participants to comply with the HAR.

The TSOs or a third party designated by the TSOs shall inform the SAP Operator in due time of the available long-term cross-zonal transmission capacity or net transmission capacity for the respective Auctions on their respective Allocation Borders for each interconnection, in accordance with the HAR and the Operational Procedures related thereto.
The SAP Operator shall enable Bids’ submission including default Bids in accordance with the HAR and in accordance with the Information System Rules of the Auction Tool.
As the case may be, and according to the HAR, shall a Registered Participant fail to pay its debt or part of it in due time, the SAP Operator shall trigger the Collateral in order to retrieve payment.
The SAP Operator shall ensure that the Bids that are not submitted in the required format will not be taken into account.
